What you get and what you pay.

With offshore staffing or staff augmentation, the provider finds a developer and the managing is left to you. We do it as a full service. The product designers are ours: we employ them, assign them to you full time, give them an office and equipment, train and coach them, and run delivery with you every week.

Your product designer Salary and benefits ONE MONTHLY FEE Delivery management Talent Success Events and wellbeing Equipment Workplace HR

One monthly fee. Everything around the product designer is in it.

You agree a monthly capacity in hours with us. The fee covers the product designer's salary and every layer around it: the service delivery manager who runs the team, training and development, the workplace, the equipment and the HR behind the employment. It is the same amount every month.

  • One agreement and one invoice, with no setup fee or management surcharge
  • Holidays are already priced in, so April and May cost the same
  • Capacity moves up or down at the next monthly cycle

Any role your roadmap needs.

These four are the UX/UI design roles with their own pages. Beyond them we assign specialists across ten disciplines, on the same agreement and with the same service delivery manager.

"We don't hand you a product designer and step back. We build the team around your product, and we stay in it every week."

Questions about a dedicated UI/UX design team.

Why outsource UX design instead of hiring a freelancer?

A freelancer is a good choice for a short piece of work. When design becomes continuous, a dedicated designer with a team behind them gives you consistency, a second opinion and continuity if someone moves on.

Who manages the designer day to day?

We do. It works like staff augmentation, with the management included: our designer is assigned to your product full time, and we employ, coach and review them. You set the direction and sign off the work.

Can a designer work with our existing product team?

Yes, that's the usual setup. Our designer joins your sprints and works alongside your product owner and developers.

Do you work in our Figma or yours?

Yours. Files, components and history stay in your workspace.

Can one designer cover more than one product?

Yes. For products with active roadmaps we usually recommend one designer each, so every product gets full attention.

Why a long-term designer instead of a design project?

Design bought as a project tends to drift once the project ends. A dedicated UX designer keeps every new feature consistent with the last, so the product still feels like one product two years on.

UX researcher or product designer?

When the open question is what to build, a UX researcher answers it faster and more cheaply than a build. When one person needs to hold research and interface together, a product designer is the usual choice.

Do designers work alongside the developers?

Design works best next to the people who build it, so designers often join a team set up through software development outsourcing, on one committed monthly capacity.

Build the whole team around your product designers.

Most partners add a second discipline within the first year. It joins the same agreement, the same sprints and the same service delivery manager.
