What the meeting is for

Thirty minutes on a video call with someone who can answer commercially as well as technically. Book it if you're comparing delivery models, such as staff augmentation vs managed services, or want a clear view of how a managed offshore team would work for you. We'll ask what you've already tried and what you learned from it, which usually tells us more than a requirements list. If the commercial side matters first, the pricing page sets out how the monthly fee is built. If you already know what you need, talk to a service delivery manager is usually faster.

What happens after you book

1. A calendar invite. You get a video link for the time you picked, and you can move it if your day changes.
2. The call itself. Thirty minutes on your roadmap, the disciplines you need, how a managed offshore team would run alongside your own engineers and what it would cost.
3. A written proposal, if it fits. For your dedicated development team: named roles, the monthly capacity, the fixed monthly fee and a start date, usually four to six weeks after signing. You meet the proposed specialists before anyone is assigned.

Who you will talk to

Our founder Mikkel Schmidt, who started the company in Chiang Mai in 2010, or a member of our commercial team. Both can answer commercially and technically: which roles your roadmap needs, how a service delivery manager would run the team with you, what the monthly fee includes and how quickly the team could start.

What to bring

• What you are building, and what the roadmap looks like for the next 6 to 12 months.
• The stack you run today: languages, frameworks, cloud and the tools your team works in.
• Where the work is stuck, whether that is capacity, a missing skill or management time.
