Talk to a service delivery manager.
Thirty minutes with a service delivery manager. You will hear what we would assign, what capacity it takes, and what we would not take on. We reply within one working day. No obligation and no newsletter.
What to send us beforehand
It helps if you can share the roadmap, the disciplines you think you need, and roughly when you would want delivery to start. None of it has to be formal. A paragraph and a link to your product is usually enough to have a useful conversation.
If we are not the right fit, we will say so on that call rather than three weeks into a proposal process. If you want the commercial side first, the pricing page sets out how the monthly fee is built.

"Every message on this page reaches a real person in Chiang Mai. If it goes unanswered, it lands on my desk."
If you would rather speak to the founder directly, you can book a call with Mikkel instead.
Our offices in Thailand.
Every software specialist assigned to your project works from an Azendo office — not from home, not from a co-working desk. Partners are welcome to visit, and most do at least once.
Our main delivery office and the home of the Talent Success Academy. Most software specialists, service delivery managers and discipline leads are based here.

Our second office gives us access to Bangkok's much larger specialist market, and it is the easiest place to meet if you are travelling through the region.

What happens on a scoping call
Who will I be talking to?
A service delivery manager, usually the one who would run your account. They run offshore delivery every day, so the conversation is about scope, capacity and how the work would actually get done.
How quickly can software specialists start?
Four to six weeks from the first conversation to the first sprint for an existing service line. If the discipline is one we do not currently cover, add a few weeks while we find and assess the right specialist. We will give you the realistic date.
What does it cost?
One monthly fee per team against a minimum monthly capacity in hours. It depends on the software disciplines and seniority involved, so we put it in the written proposal after the first call rather than guessing on a web page. Training, equipment, office, security and employment administration are all inside that fee.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, before any detail about your product is discussed if you prefer. IP assignment, confidentiality and security terms are written into the standard service agreement, and every specialist working under it is bound by the same terms.
Can we visit the office before deciding?
Yes, and we encourage it. You can meet the software specialists who would be assigned to your project, see the office in Chiang Mai or Bangkok and sit in on how delivery runs. Tell us roughly when you would travel and we will arrange it.
