Who will I be talking to?
A service delivery manager, usually the one who would run your team. They run offshore delivery every day, so the conversation is about scope, the people and how the work would actually get done.
How quickly can a team start?
Usually four to six weeks after signing, for a discipline we already cover. If the discipline is one we do not currently cover, add a few weeks while we find and assess the right person. We give you the realistic date.
What does it cost?
One monthly fee for your dedicated development team. Mid-level developers start from USD 3,600 per month, fully managed: delivery management, training and coaching, office and equipment, HR and payroll included. Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, before any detail about your product is discussed if you prefer. IP assignment, confidentiality and security terms are written into the standard service agreement, and every team member working under it is bound by the same terms.
Can we visit the office before deciding?
Yes, and we encourage it. You can meet the people who would join your team, see the office in Chiang Mai or Bangkok and sit in on how delivery runs. Tell us roughly when you plan to travel and we arrange it.
