Azendo specialists planning around a table covered in sticky notes and sketches

Software development services, delivered as one team.

We deliver software development services, with specialists assigned to your project and working to your roadmap. That spans software and mobile development, AI engineering, QA and test automation, cloud and DevOps, data engineering, and UX/UI design — one discipline, or several stitched into a single delivery team.

What an assigned delivery team means in practice.

We work with C-level executives and heads of department at companies that need to scale software delivery faster than their internal team allows. Each service agreement includes an assigned service delivery manager, quality gates agreed at scoping, and a fixed monthly capacity you can plan around.

How a Danish-led delivery company operates in Chiang Mai.

Chiang Mai and Bangkok give us access to a deep pool of software talent, a working day that overlaps five hours with Northern Europe, and a cost base that lets us commit to fixed monthly capacity instead of billing by the hour. Our Danish roots shaped how we communicate — direct, and accountable for what we agree to.

The longer answer, including where the country is the wrong choice, is on why we deliver from Thailand.

Where our partners are based.

One name, one country, one way of working.

We rebranded to Azendo in 2022, taking the name from the Latin ascendo, to climb. The company is Danish-led, which shows up mostly in how directly we report status.

We are around a hundred people across two offices. Small enough that the founder still takes scoping calls, large enough to have a discipline lead behind every specialist assigned.

The company is BOI-registered, which is the framework that allows foreign-owned technology companies to operate in Thailand. Practically, it means the entity behind your agreement is a properly constituted Thai company rather than a contracting arrangement.

Today we are an offshore software development company serving European partners across software development, QA, design, data and AI. Engagements are built for roadmaps that run for years.

Everything is delivered from our own floor. Our offices, our equipment, our network, our people. Nothing is subcontracted onward, which is a question worth asking any provider early because the answer is frequently different.

Partners generally come to us when a roadmap has outgrown internal capacity and they want the delivery problem solved rather than more people to manage. That is the point at which the choice between staff augmentation and a managed service stops being a procurement detail and starts deciding who spends their week coordinating.
