Dedicated mobile development team.
iOS, Android and cross-platform developers, headhunted for your app and assigned to you full time. You set the priorities. We employ, train and run the team from our own offices in Thailand.
What you get and what you pay.
With offshore staffing or staff augmentation, the provider finds a developer and the managing is left to you. We do it as a full service. The mobile engineers are ours: we employ them, assign them to you full time, give them an office and equipment, train and coach them, and run delivery with you every week.

Questions about a dedicated mobile development team.
Can we choose the seniority level?
Yes. Junior to principal mobile developers are available, priced by level, and we recommend a level based on the scope you share.
Do we manage the developers ourselves?
No, we do. It's staff augmentation delivered as a managed service: our mobile developers are assigned to your app full time, and we employ, train and manage them. You decide what gets built and review every release.
What if our stack isn't listed?
Tell us what you use. The list shows what we see most often, and we'll confirm the fit for your setup at scoping.
Can we add a second mobile developer later?
Yes, at the next monthly cycle. Your team grows with your roadmap.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit. All work happens in your repositories.
Can you take over an app that is already in the stores?
A live app comes with things a new build never has: users on versions you shipped two years ago, reviews that respond to every release, and a store review cycle that adds days to each fix. Our developers read the crash reports and the reviews before they propose changes.
Native or cross-platform?
Native or cross-platform is a product decision. Heavy graphics and hardware access point to native. Content and workflow apps are well served by one codebase across both stores.
Can backend engineers and a tester join the same team?
Most app roadmaps depend on the API behind the app, so companies that hire mobile developers often add backend engineers to the same team, on one committed monthly capacity. When release speed is the bottleneck, a tester who owns device coverage and store submissions is often the most useful addition to the team.
Build the whole team around your mobile engineers.
Most partners add a second discipline within the first year. It joins the same agreement, the same sprints and the same service delivery manager.
