What you get and what you pay.

With offshore staffing or staff augmentation, the provider finds a DevOps engineer and the managing is left to you. We do it as a full service. The DevOps engineers are ours: we employ them, assign them to you full time, give them an office and equipment, train and coach them, and run delivery with you every week.

What a dedicated cloud and DevOps team works on.

An offshore DevOps team pays off when releases, infrastructure and cloud spend need daily attention that your own engineers can't spare. When companies outsource DevOps, the platform usually moves to an outside operator. Ours works the other way: the engineers we assign join your team, build pipelines and infrastructure as code alongside your own developers, and keep everything in your accounts. You outsource DevOps engineers, and you keep the platform.

  • CI/CD pipelinesBuild, test and deploy pipelines that run on every merge, with a rollback path ready.
  • Infrastructure as codeTerraform or Pulumi for every environment, reviewed like application code.
  • Containers and KubernetesClusters, images and deployments kept current, patched and secure.
  • ObservabilityMetrics, logs, traces and alerts that show what broke and where.
  • Release and rollbackRelease steps the whole team can repeat, and a way back when something goes wrong.
  • Cloud cost controlTagging, rightsizing and budget alerts, so the bill follows real usage.

What a dedicated cloud and DevOps team is.

A dedicated cloud and DevOps team is a group of engineers who build and run one company's infrastructure, pipelines and monitoring, full time. They work in your cloud account under your access controls. Azendo employs and manages them, and a service delivery manager reports on the work every week.

Where it pays off most

It pays off when the platform has outgrown the people who built it: releases wait on manual steps, incidents land on product engineers, or cloud costs grow faster than usage. The same engineers stay with your infrastructure, so what they automate and document stays looked after.

Questions about a dedicated cloud and DevOps team.

What does a dedicated cloud and DevOps team do?

A dedicated cloud and DevOps team builds and runs the delivery side of your platform full time: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring, releases and cloud costs. With Azendo the engineers are ours, managed from Chiang Mai and Bangkok, and they work in your accounts and your sprints.

Do the engineers need access to our cloud account?

The engineers on your team work in your cloud accounts with the roles you grant them, and you can see and revoke that access at any time. Our managers never need it. They follow delivery through tracked hours, weekly reports and your delivery score.

Is this cloud engineer outsourcing or a managed service?

It is cloud engineer outsourcing where the engineers stay on your team. You own the accounts, the architecture decisions and the priorities. We employ, train and manage the engineers, and a service delivery manager answers for the work every week.

How much does a dedicated DevOps team cost?

DevOps, cloud, site reliability and platform engineers start from USD 3,900 per month at mid-level, full time. The fee covers the engineer and everything around them: delivery management, a Talent Success Manager and training, the office and equipment, HR and payroll. See how the monthly fee is built.

Which clouds and tools do you work with?

AWS, Google Cloud and Azure most often, with Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker and the CI tools listed above, from GitHub Actions to Jenkins and ArgoCD. We match the engineers to what you run today and extend it before proposing anything new.

Can the team take over an existing platform?

Yes. The engineers start by mapping what runs where, document it and fix the riskiest gaps first, such as missing backups, manual deploys or alerts that reach the wrong person. Then they move the rest into code at a pace your releases can absorb.

Who owns the pipelines and the infrastructure code?

You do. Pipelines, Terraform modules, dashboards and runbooks live in your repositories and your accounts. Every change goes through review in your tools, so the platform stays documented, readable and yours, whoever works on it next.

Do the DevOps engineers work remotely?

Yes. They are our offshore engineers, employed by Azendo and assigned to you full time. They work from our offices in Chiang Mai and Bangkok as a remote part of your team: in your cloud accounts and your pipelines, under your access controls, and only on your platform.

Disciplines that join an offshore DevOps team.

Each discipline joins under the same agreement, works in the same sprints and reports to the same service delivery manager. You add one at the next monthly cycle, when the roadmap calls for it.
