Why people build their careers here.
Someone whose job is your development
Every specialist has a Talent Success Manager: regular 1:1s, a development plan and skill targets you agree together.
Learning that is paid for
LinkedIn Learning access through our enterprise partnership, AI certification, internal training and sparring with senior specialists.
A real office and a real team
Offices in Chiang Mai and Bangkok, and a Workplace Experience Manager who looks after office life, wellbeing and events.
Long-term product work
Specialists join a dedicated team for one client roadmap and stay on it, often for years, working remotely inside the client’s own team and tools from our offices.
How your development is looked after.
Every team member has a Talent Success Manager whose job is your growth. The rhythm below runs for everyone, whatever your discipline or seniority, alongside AI certification through our Academy.

Skill and career goals agreed with your Talent Success Manager, and reviewed as you grow.
- Every two weeks
A well-being check-in
A short conversation about how work and life are going, separate from performance.
- Every month
Coaching
One-to-one coaching on your goals, your client work and the skills you want next.
- Every quarter
A 360-degree review
Feedback from your client, your colleagues and your manager, turned into next steps.
How we hire.
Roughly one in twenty-five people who enter our assessment join a client team. Three stages decide it, and each one tests something the others can't.
-
Technical evaluation
The core skills of your discipline, assessed first.
-
Live problem session
You work through a real problem with us, so we see how you think.
-
Communication and collaboration
How you explain your work and work with others, in English.
-
Joining a client team
You work full time on one client product, with a Talent Success Manager from day one.
Questions people ask before applying.
Do I need to speak English?
Yes. Every team works in English with international clients, in standups, code reviews and documentation. Communication and collaboration is one of the stages of our assessment, and English and client-communication coaching continues after you join, so your English keeps improving alongside your technical skills.
Where would I work?
From our own offices in Chiang Mai or Bangkok, on Azendo equipment and our own network. Chiang Mai is our headquarters, and the Bangkok office is in JL Tower. A Workplace Experience Manager looks after office life, well-being and team events at both.
What happens after I apply?
You go through three stages: a technical evaluation of your discipline, a live problem session where we see how you think, and a conversation about communication and collaboration. People who pass all three join a client team full time, with a Talent Success Manager from the first day.
Will I work on one project or many?
One. Every specialist is assigned full time to one client product and stays on it, often for years, working inside the client team and its tools. You get to know the product deeply, and the client gets to know you. It is the model behind every dedicated software development team at Azendo, and the reason international companies hire offshore developers through us: a managed team that stays.
