If you don’t have relevant educational background, but you have +5 year of relevant experience instead, that might work as well.

You must be above 23 years old to be considered, as we cannot issue work permits for anyone younger than that.

What is the price for our EOR service?

The pricings structure is simple:

  • Start-up fee: 10,000 Baht

At the moment, we are offering a campaign price where the monthly fee is reduced from 16,000  Baht to 12,000 Baht.

The start-up fee is a fixed one time fee, which will be charged when our contract has been signed, before the work from our People Operation team is initiated.

The Monthly fee will start invoicing once the Visa has been approved.

How does your EOR agreement work?

Here is a step by step guide of how the work will be executed if you sign up for a EOR agreement with Azendo.

  1. An assessment of your ability to obtain a work permit with us will be conducted.
  2. If the assessment is passed, a contract will be issued to you.
  3. Once the contract is signed, the start-up fee will be invoiced.
  4. While waiting for your payment, your account manager will start collecting all the necessary documents from you.
  5. Once the payment has been received, your contract and documents will be handed over to our Visa and Work Permit team.
  6. The visa application process will start.
  7. Once the visa is approved, the monthly payment will start and the work to issue the work permit will be started.

Everything you need to know about EOR services Thailand

Understanding the landscape of international business often leads companies to explore the vibrant market in Southeast Asia. Thailand, in particular, has become a hub for tech talent and digital innovation. However, setting up a legal entity in a foreign country is a massive undertaking that involves complex legalities, tax registrations, and administrative hurdles. This is where an EOR service becomes an invaluable asset for your growth strategy. By partnering with a local expert, you can bypass the traditional barriers to entry and start operating in weeks rather than months.

Working with an employer of record allows you to focus on your core business objectives while we handle the heavy lifting of compliance. At Azendo, we act as the legal employer for your staff in Thailand, managing everything from local contracts to monthly contributions. This arrangement ensures that your team is fully protected under Thai labor laws, providing them with the security they need to perform at their best.

How EOR services Thailand simplify your expansion

When you decide to expand your reach into the Thai market, the first thing you will encounter is a unique set of labor regulations. Navigating these on your own can lead to costly mistakes. Using EOR services Thailand provides a safety net, ensuring that every aspect of your employment practice is up to code. We take on the legal responsibility for your employees, which means we are the ones ensuring that social security payments, tax withholdings, and employment contracts are all handled correctly.

The beauty of this model is the flexibility it offers. Whether you are a startup looking to hire your first developer in Bangkok or an established firm wanting to test the waters with a remote marketing team, the employer of record model scales with you. It eliminates the need for you to register a local company, which saves you from significant overhead costs and the requirement of having Thai shareholders or specific capital investments.

The importance of a solid EOR agreement

Before we begin our journey together, it is essential to establish a clear and transparent EOR agreement. This document is the foundation of our partnership, outlining the roles and responsibilities of each party. It covers the scope of work, the fee structure, and the specific terms regarding how your employees will be managed on a day-to-day basis. We believe in keeping things simple and straightforward, so our agreements are written in a way that is easy to understand without being buried in unnecessary legal jargon.

Within this agreement, we define how we will handle the administration of your staff. Since Azendo is a BOI-promoted company, we have specific advantages when it comes to hiring foreign talent in the tech sector. This means our EOR agreement is specifically tailored to meet the requirements of the Board of Investment, which is a significant benefit for companies looking to hire highly skilled international experts.

Managing payroll and social security compliance

One of the most time-consuming tasks for any business is managing payroll. In Thailand, this involves more than just sending a bank transfer at the end of the month. You have to calculate personal income tax, manage social security fund contributions, and ensure that all filings are submitted to the relevant government departments on time. Our payroll team takes this burden off your shoulders completely.

We use modern payroll systems that provide full transparency. Your employees will have access to their own portals where they can download payslips and view their tax history. For the employer, this means you get a single, consolidated invoice each month that covers all costs. This streamlined approach to payroll ensures that there are never any surprises and that your team is always paid accurately and on time.

Securing a work permit for your international talent

If you are looking to bring foreign talent into Thailand, the work permit is the most critical document they will need. Without it, working in the country is illegal and can lead to serious consequences for both the employee and the employer. The process of obtaining a work permit involves a lot of paperwork and coordination with the Ministry of Labour.

Because of our status as a tech-focused staffing firm, we are well-versed in the requirements for various roles within the digital economy. We guide your employees through every step of the process, from gathering the right educational certificates to attending the final appointment at the One Stop Service Center. Having a professional team handle the work permit application significantly reduces the risk of rejection and speeds up the time it takes for your talent to get on the ground and started.

Navigating the business visa and Non-B visa process

A work permit cannot exist without the correct visa. For most professionals coming to work in Thailand, this means obtaining a Non-B visa, which stands for the Non-Immigrant B category. This is the prerequisite for anyone intending to work or conduct business in the Kingdom. The process usually starts at a Thai embassy or consulate abroad, and then continues with extensions of stay once the individual is inside the country.

We provide comprehensive support for the business visa application. This includes preparing the invitation letters and company documentation required by the embassy. We also handle the transition from a standard entry to a long-term extension based on employment. Navigating the world of a Non-B visa can be stressful for employees, especially with the frequent changes in immigration policy. Our team stays updated on every new regulation so we can provide the most accurate advice.

Why choose an employer of record in the tech sector

Thailand has a very specific preference for supporting the tech industry, and as a software-focused company, Azendo is perfectly positioned to help. The Board of Investment provides incentives for companies that contribute to the digital economy. This is why our EOR service is particularly effective for developers, data scientists, and digital marketers.

By using an employer of record that is already integrated into the tech ecosystem, you benefit from our existing infrastructure. We understand the specific needs of tech professionals, from the equipment they use to the work culture they expect. This specialized knowledge allows us to nurture your team in a way that a generalist HR firm might not be able to. We do not just process papers; we understand the industry you operate in.

Streamlining your expansion with offshore staffing

While EOR is a specific legal solution, it is often part of a broader offshore staffing strategy. Many companies start by hiring a remote team and then realize they need a more formal structure as they grow. Integrating your remote workforce into a legal EOR framework provides them with the benefits and stability of a local job, which is a major factor in talent retention.

Thailand offers an incredible balance of cost-efficiency and high-quality talent. When you combine this with the ease of an EOR service, the barriers to global expansion virtually disappear. You can build an offshore team that feels like an extension of your home office, with the peace of mind that every person is working legally and that your brand is protected from compliance risks.

The long term benefits of professional staff management

Choosing to work with a professional staffing company is an investment in your company’s future. It is about more than just the immediate need for a visa or a payroll run. It is about building a sustainable presence in one of the most dynamic regions in the world. As your partner, we are committed to the long-term success of your team.

We handle the yearly audits, the 90-day reporting for foreign staff, and the annual tax clearances. These are the small, recurring tasks that often trip up businesses that try to manage things on their own. By letting us handle the administrative lifecycle of your employees, you are free to innovate, grow, and lead your industry. Our goal is to make the human side of your business in Thailand as seamless as possible, so you can focus on the big picture.
