# Where your assigned development team works.

Every specialist assigned to your roadmap works from an Azendo office. Chiang Mai is our main delivery centre and Bangkok is our second location.

## Security, equipment and network.

That matters for two reasons. Security, because work happens on our equipment and our network under our policies rather than on unknown home setups. And supervision, because the [service delivery manager](https://azendo.co/how-it-works/) responsible for your delivery is in the same building as the team.

Nothing is subcontracted onward. The people assigned to you are Azendo specialists.

Both sites run on business fibre with backup connectivity, badge access and a clean-desk policy. Where a partner has stricter requirements, such as isolated network segments or restricted physical access, we scope that before the agreement is signed rather than after.

Chiang Mai is the main delivery centre and holds most assigned specialists.

Northern Thailand's mountain capital, where temple bells share the skyline with a fast-growing tech and creative scene. It's a slower, more deliberate pace of life than Bangkok — the kind that leaves room for focus — which is exactly why we started here in 2010 and why our headquarters has stayed.

Chiang Mai has quietly become one of Southeast Asia's most established hubs for developers and designers, drawing talent from across the north of Thailand into a close-knit, collaborative community.

## Our Bangkok office.

Bangkok is our second office and covers roles where the talent pool is deeper in the capital.

Thailand's capital moves at its own relentless pace — a skyline of towers and street-food stalls running side by side, and the country's financial and business centre. Our office sits inside that energy, on Rama 9 Road in one of Bangkok's established business districts.

Opening a second office here gave us access to Bangkok's much larger talent market without changing how we work — same framework, same standards, just more capacity to draw from.
