Thirty minutes on a video call with someone who can answer commercially as well as technically. Worth booking if you are comparing delivery models rather than quotes, or want a direct answer on whether an offshore development team fits your situation at all. Expect to be asked what you have already tried and what went wrong with it — that tends to be more useful than a requirements list.
