## Thailand as a delivery location, assessed honestly.

Thailand is not the cheapest offshore market and we have never claimed it is. India and Vietnam are cheaper on rate. What Thailand offers instead is a five-hour overlap with a Northern European working day, retention well above regional norms, and a working culture that handles long client relationships unusually well.

Those trade-offs matter differently depending on what you are buying. For a contained, well-specified project the rate difference usually wins.
